Listening Session, 9-10:30: Agricultural Land Access

After doing over 20 interviews and a ton of research, it’s become clear that agricultural land access is key to addressing the health of La Plata County’s food system.  Housing & development, high cost of land, succession of farming generations, etc. present challenges to farmers and ranchers, and therefore our food system as a whole.

If you’re interested in agricultural land access, or if you have ideas on how to address this issue in La Plata County, please attend this focus group to share your perspective and help shape the future of our food system!
